What happens next

1. Check your email now

   The confirmation lands within a few minutes. If it isn't there, look in spam or promotions and mark it as not spam, so the quote itself reaches your inbox.

2. Reply to that email with photos

   This is the single thing that speeds up your quote. Photos of the wall or ceiling, photos of the pieces, or links to the products tell us the surface and the hardware. Surface decides the fastener, and the fastener is the job.

3. We reply with your number

   You get a flat price for the whole install, never an hourly rate. The final quote is confirmed on site, so if the wall, the pieces, or the scope turn out different from the photos and details you sent, or you decide you want additional services while we're there, we price that with you before the work starts.

4. We confirm placement on site

   Before the first hole goes in, we measure, mark, and check the layout with you against how the room is actually used. Nothing gets drilled until you've seen where it lands.

5. We install and clean up

   We're usually the last trade in, so we work quietly, protect the floor, and leave nothing behind but the finished product.
