whaleBuilt LLC collects your contact details and project details for one reason: to quote your installation and follow up on it. We don't sell your information, we don't rent it, and we don't hand it to advertisers. This page explains exactly what we collect, what we do with it, how to get it removed, and the terms that apply when you use this website.
whaleBuilt LLC is a precision installation and FF&E company serving Greater Houston. We install furniture, fixtures and equipment, art and gallery walls, mirrors, televisions and displays, shelving and wall systems for design studios, corporate offices, medical and dental practices, hospitality and multifamily properties, and for homeowners. This policy covers whaleBuiltLLC.com and the quote form on it.
We collect only what you type into the quote form. That's it:
If you send photos, product links, drawings, or a finish schedule after we reply, we keep those with your request so the quote is accurate.
To price your job and do the work. Your name, email and phone let us reach you. The ZIP code tells us whether your project falls inside our service area. The date tells us whether your timeline is realistic before we promise it. What needs to be installed tells us the surface, the count, and the hardware, which is what a flat price is built from.
We also use your email to send the confirmation message after you submit the form, and to send the quote itself.
We text you only if you check the box on the quote form. Checking it isn't required to get a quote and isn't a condition of buying anything from us. If you leave it unchecked, we reply by email and phone only.
If you opt in, expect messages about your specific quote and install: scheduling, arrival windows, and questions about the work. Message frequency varies by project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and HELP for help. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number and your text consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes. No exceptions.
We don't sell your personal information and we never have. We don't share it with advertisers, data brokers, or lead resellers.
A small number of service providers process your information so the business can run. Those are the company that hosts this website and delivers the form, the email service that sends your confirmation and quote, and the text messaging service, if you opted in. Each one handles your information only to perform that job for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
We keep quote requests for as long as the job is live, and afterward as part of our business records, so we can answer a warranty question or requote the same space. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we're required to keep a record of a completed transaction.
whaleBuiltLLC.com doesn't run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or analytics trackers. Our hosting platform may set cookies that are required for pages to load and the form to submit correctly. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the form may stop working if you do.
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can withdraw your text consent at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to stop emailing you. Email info@whalebuiltllc.com or call (346) 686-6228 and we'll handle it. We don't charge for any of this.
This website is for adults arranging installation work. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted the form, email us and we'll delete the record.
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection, and access to stored requests is limited to whaleBuilt LLC and the service providers named above. No system is perfect, and we don't claim otherwise, but we don't store payment card numbers on this site at all.
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date at the top.
By using whaleBuiltLLC.com or submitting the quote form, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. You agree not to submit false information, scrape the site, or use the form to send unsolicited offers.
Submitting the form starts a conversation. It doesn't create a contract, reserve a date, or commit either of us to anything. A price becomes real when we send you a written quote for a defined scope and you accept it. If the wall, ceiling or floor turns out different from what was described, we tell you first, with two options and a recommendation, before anything changes.
We price flat by the job, never hourly. The number in your written quote covers the scope described in that quote. Work added after you accept is quoted separately before we do it.
Install dates depend on site readiness. If the space, the product, or building access isn't ready when we arrive, we'll reschedule, and a return trip may be quoted. Our standard hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We photograph finished installations for our portfolio. Those photos show the work, not people, and they don't identify your address. Tell us before or during the install if you'd rather we didn't, and we won't.
The whaleBuilt name, the whale mark, the site copy, and the project photography belong to whaleBuilt LLC. You may read and share the pages. You may not copy the copy, the photographs, or the mark for your own commercial use without written permission.
We keep this site current, including the service area and hours. We don't guarantee it's free of errors or available without interruption. Descriptions of past work are examples, not a promise that your project will match them in scope, timeline, or price.
whaleBuilt LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the installation work itself, which is governed by your written quote and any agreement you sign with us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
